Circus Wonderland

Circus Wonderland is coming to Vermilion on June 24th! Step right up and experience the magic of classic circus acts with a mesmerizing showcase featuring a magician, awe-inspiring acrobats, jugglers, delightful clowns, and an array of talented circus performers. This year’s show is all new with tickets available either at the door or online. Come on down and let the magic of Circus Wonderland sweep you off your feet!

Wheatstock 2023

Hosted in association with Lakeland College, Wheatstock is back for 2023! Hosted by the Alberta Wheat Commission, this wheat-centric event is an enjoyable day of agricultural education. Enjoy a walkthrough of various crop trial lots, and learn about the latest in the world of wheat agronomy. Activities will cover everything from weed management to tips on efficient fertilizers, making this a fun and worthwhile day out. 

Vermilion Fair

Experience the epitome of Western charm and excitement at the Vermilion Fair, the ultimate summer attraction. Infused with history since its inception in 1906, this cherished event proudly holds the title of Western Canada’s Largest and Oldest Traditional Agricultural Fair. 

Organized by the Vermilion Agricultural Society, a dedicated non-profit organization, the fair has transformed into an agricultural showcase. With its informative and educational offerings, the fair not only entertains but offers an introduction to the world of agriculture for families and attendees alike. Events include trade shows, livestock events, livestock shows, lawn mower racing, and so much more. The Vermilion Fair has evolved but has always preserved its rich heritage – resulting in an event steeped in history, agriculture, and good old-fashioned fun.
